Elwood is a four-piece guitar based indie-rock band from Wellington whose members Andy Marsh (guitar and vocals), Andy Galinski (guitar), and Steve Hughes (bass) hail originally from the UK, with Diogo Freire from Brazil on drums. Elwood love playing live in true indie rock and garage band fashion with loud guitars and big drums. In 2014 Elwood released an originals demo album of 8 tracks "Milestones" (http://elwood3.bandcamp.com/releases) which was well received, even prompting a reviewer to describe it as "better than any demo I have heard in recent memory". The band continues to focus on writing and performing original songs and is currently working on a new album.
